SplashData Partners with Integra to make SplashMoney available on Windows Mobile

Bangalore, January 21st, 2008: Integra Micro Software Services, an embedded software service provider based in Bangalore, India, has been retained as a Windows Embedded partner by SplashData, Inc. Based in Los Gatos, California, SplashData is a leading provider of personal productivity software for Windows Mobile.

Integra assisted SplashData in developing the new Windows Mobile version of SplashMoney. SplashMoney has received accolades from mobile forums and user groups.

SplashMoney is a personal financial management application that helps users record income and expenses, create budgets, make reports and charts, and track spending habits. SplashMoney helps users manage multiple accounts such as savings, checking, credit cards, mortgages, money market funds, and other investment accounts. SplashMoney can be used from desktop and notebook PC's as well as mobile devices, and data can be synchronized between the two. SplashMoney also enables users to download data directly from online bank accounts.

If users have financial data stored in another program, such as Quicken or Excel, SplashMoney can import (and export) both QIF (Quicken Interchange Format) and CSV (Comma Separated Value) files. Another feature of SplashMoney is the ability to record different types of currencies such as U.S. dollars and Euros, enhancing its usability for international accounts.

SplashMoney can create charts to help one to visualize what one's data means. Users can customize each chart and drill down to the relevant data. To protect sensitive financial information, SplashMoney encrypts files using a 256-bit Blowfish-based algorithm. SplashMoney's low cost ($29.95) and ease of use make it useful for managing money without the complexity found in most financial management applications.
