The top management’s focus is towards meeting the customers’ requirements in all the deliveries.


As per the Quality Management System, the top management is involved in the monitoring of the processes and ensures timely delivery of defect-free products and services to its customers. The top management is actively involved in framing the quality policy, quality goals and objectives. The top management reviews the information obtained from implementing the QMS, and takes necessary actions to ensure that the quality goals are met, higher goals are set, and a continual improvement is achieved.

Routine third-party audits of the products and processes ensure effective implementation of the QMS.
