In today’s world, where Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) is on a steady decline due to various stress factors, ranging from competition to Government policies, telecom operators need to enhance their business support IT and also provide Value Added Services (VAS) that help them differentiate their offerings to gain on ARPU and loyalty from the end customers.
Our services help companies conceptualise and develop new products or leverage their existing set up and enhance their products to increase operational efficiencies and meet today’s demands from the end customers. We have several hundred man years of experience in developing, re-engineering and maintaining telecom middleware and VAS solutions.

Services :
We offer services in ground up product development, migration, porting, quality assurance and maintenance (including L2 and L3 level support).
We also specialise in setting up offshore development and testing centres, and have been providing such services to some of the big players in the telecom domain. We have experience and expertise to take up integration of third-party software for infrastructure as well as terminals (handsets).
On the quality assurance front, some of our projects involve sub-system testing for CDMA infrastructure, testing and certification of GSM, GPRS, CDMA, iDEN and 3G-based mobile handset for global market, system and usability testing of different features of mobile handsets, developing and maintaining test cases, testing the accessories of mobile handsets, and string validation in various languages are a few examples to cite.
