We have worked on jointSPACE platform as part of an engagement with one of the major consumer electronics company driving the innovations for this platform. We were involved in a remote control application that can be installed on an Android™ phone, and that phone could be used as a remote control for the jointSPACE platform enabled television. Salient features of this application are as mentioned below.

• Is a standalone Android™ application that can be installed on any android phone
• It works over WiFi connection and automatically discovers the televisions available within the range
• Connects to the desired television over WiFi connection
• Implements complete remote control functionality such as channel switching, volume control, etc
• Blends Android™ intuitive user interface features such as swipe, pinch etc to produce the desired television control

Customer is a multinational Thermal Camera manufacturing company and we developed an application for their Infra Red thermal cameras which run on Windows CE and .NET Compact Framework. These cameras are extensively used in industries to visualize thermal performance in chemical, electrical and mechanical industries to constantly monitor the temperature in various systems. The design of this system is based on MVC architecture. It is highly object oriented and decomposed into components strictly based on class mechanism.

Customer is a large car Multimedia System manufacturing company who wanted to develop a car multimedia player with extensive features on Windows CE platform. Selection of a suitable database, interfacing with the database and Windows CE file system has become a challenge in order to enumerate the source of multimedia files and create a database for that. Apart from this, they sought our help to validate their system architecture and design, and verify the interfaces of the HMI layer, Audio/Video Codecs.

The customer benefited with a well modularized library that is highly manageable. Library works with minimum modifications due to the abstraction methodology. The list of multimedia files appears within few seconds irrespective of the size of the source or the number of files. As the platform dependent code is separated out, the code is highly portable.

Customer is a WUSB Chipset manufacturing company, who needed various test tools that essentially help in embedded firmware development and developing various applications on their chipset. Since the chip set was evolving, the firmware also went through various upgrade cycles, which were short. We provided the customer with a set of utilities and test automation suites which facilitated embedded firmware development. These could be used by the customer as test tools while developing various applications. These utilities are now packaged and shipped to their customers who are mainly various device manufacturers.

The utilities have been developed and updated over several projects, which were run as part of the offshore R&D lab that we set up for this customer and where we managed projects and were responsible for the deliveries.

The customer is one of the major players involved in manufacturing of consumer electronics products. They wanted continual support for complete system testing of their various products like DVD Recorders and Home Audio Solutions (HAS) before releasing them to the market. The product cycles were short and dynamic. Hence, the customer wanted a reliable partner who could manage the project, preferable offsite with complete ownership. Integra set up an Offshore Testing Center (OTC) to manage this project with exclusive access only to the team members. We were able to manage the dynamic customer product cycles by seamlessly sizing our teams to ensure timely completion of the cycles.

The customer is a world leader involved in providing semiconductor solutions. They wanted a partner for product testing of their various Digital TV boards before releasing to the market. The product cycles were short and involved teams globally. Hence, the customer wanted a reliable partner who could support them by deploying a team at their premises to work alongside their architects and project managers. The product testing included both product and platform level. Integra set up a testing team with the right mix and skill sets. After a brief on-site training provided by the customer on their various platforms, we managed to consistently deliver results for over a couple of years.
