Dr. Gopalakrishna V - Managing Director and Board Member Dr. Gopalakrishna is one of the co-founders of Integra. Gopalakrishna obtained his BE, ME and PhD degrees from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Under his leadership, the company developed many pioneering products in diverse domains related to networking, device drivers, imaging and embedded systems. Armed with a multi-faceted global experience, Gopalakrishna was instrumental in the formation of Jataayu Software and played a significant role in its success related to the development of a variety of products in the wireless domain.
Passionate about technology and true knowledge, he ensures that the company does not rest on its laurels and consistently looks towards acquiring expertise in new technologies. Gopalakrishna's focus on knowledge and research adds a new value to Integra-Services. Gopalakrishna is a member of Computer Society of India (CSI); a Trustee of a non-profit agency called Foundation for Advancement of Education and Research (FAER); a member of Academic Council of MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology; Vice President of IISc Alumni Association, Bangalore chapter.
Srikant M K - Chief Technology Officer and Board Member Srikant plays a key role in enabling Integra scale new heights each year. Passionate about exploring new technologies and acquiring knowledge, he enjoys taking on new challenges and has enormous patience to solve them. His initiatives to enable people technically at all levels help in realising Integra’s vision. Srikant has an experience of over two decades in a variety of areas including networking, imaging, telecommunications, embedded systems, and device drivers. He is instrumental in the development of several in-house applications.
The pioneering work that Integra has done on Linux is contributed largely by Srikant. He is a founder member of the Bangalore Linux User’s group.
Animesh Bisaria - Head, Consulting Services Animesh Bisaria has over 25 years of work experience in the IT Industry mainly in software development and implementation, turnkey project execution, product management, business development, and operations. Animesh obtained M.Tech. degree in Computer Science after M.Sc. in Physics (Gold Medalist) from IIT Roorkee and began his career with ESPL, Chandigarh as a senior software engineer in 1984.
Experienced in leading teams with his meticulous approach and working with diverse entities and different types of customers, Animesh has played a key role in establishing consulting practice as one of the main line of businesses at Integra. Animesh is a senior life member of Computer Society of India (CSI) and has served its Lucknow chapter in various capacities including as Secretary. He is also a life member of Institution of Engineers (India) and Roorkee University Alumni Association (RUAA). Currently, he is serving India’s Wireless Initiative (IWIN), a non-profit wireless technologies focused professional forum, as its Treasurer.
Narendran K - Head, Customer Projects Narendran has 24 years of experience in the IT industry mainly in business application solutions, porting and migration of large applications, insurance, banking and e-government both in India and overseas. Also, an experienced entrepreneur. Obtained Masters degree in Physics from University of Kerala in 1981. Also holds diploma in management from All India Management Association, Delhi. Started his career as a software engineer with ECIL, Hyderabad in 1982.
Girish Prahlada - Head, Sales Girish heads sales in the organisation and is responsible for business development function and for managing relationships with the existing customers. Girish has over 15 years of experience in the areas of sales and marketing. Girish holds Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University. He has held management role in IT Industry in the areas of networking, IT Component distribution, software product development and in software services industry.
Prior to joining Integra, he served as Product Manager in India Operations for Peac International, a US based component distribution company. In this role, Girish was responsible for Strategic Alliances and for driving sales methodologies for OEM and channel communities.
Ramesh T K - Head, Human Resource Ramesh, an engineering graduate from the university of Madras and Masters in quality management from BITS, Pilani has 19 years of organisational experience in the areas of supply chain management, operations, human resource management. Involved in managing recruitment, training and performance management in the role of Manager, HR. Has facilitated and co-facilitated process based workshops.
He has also facilitated Outward Bound Learning (OBL) groups. His field of learning comprises of futuristics, behavioural science, transactional analysis, MBTI, member of ISABS, value engineering, appreciative inquiry and tavistock method. Ramesh is a member of Toastmasters International, a worldwide organisation with a mission to make "Effective oral communication a worldwide reality".
Sitaramachandra S - Head, Quality and Board Member Ram started his career at Integra with software development. For about fifteen years, he played a key role in the development of products on diverse technologies for multiple industry sectors. His experience includes the development of device drivers and interfaces, home automation control panels, and tools for embedded systems. He guided teams in semiconductor chip verification and embedded OS testing.
His dreams and perspective inspire people to perform better willingly. Not bound by conventional thinking, Ram constantly adds new dimensions to Integra-Services and brings in horizontal scaling.
Jyoti Sahai - MIS and Adviser, Quality Jyoti Sahai has over 34 years of experience in banking and IT industries with Indian and multinational banking and IT organisations. The primary competencies include banking domain expertise, process improvement, project delivery management, and corporate activities He has been extensively dealing with software project management and delivery over last 24 years and has managed and mentored several medium/large software development projects over these years.
At Integra he continues to mentor project/business development teams on opportunity qualification, proposal pricing, business assurance, effort estimation, project management, and risk management. Ravi P - Corporate Affairs, Education Academy, and Board Member With his ability to bring concepts into a clear perspective, Ravi brings realisation to a vision. Ravi leads his team in pursuing perfection in all spheres of activity, with the right amount of human touch. Ravi has national and international software development experience in areas such as computer assisted instruction, econometric modelling and analysis, election analysis, programming tools, project management software, plotter interface software, financial accounting systems, and security software.
He has also carried out several training programs for corporate customers and in-house engineering staff.

Foremost among these is Mahesh Kumar Jain, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Integra group of companies. Highly energetic and always exploring new avenues, Mahesh Jain has been at the helm of Integra for the last twenty-eight years, tiding through the onslaught of globalisation and revolutions in the industry.
