Banking, para-banking and micro-finance are some sectors in which Integra is expanding its convergence services. Integra plans to expand its services into other sectors that need development of applications that require a person to be identified and authenticated using biometrics and RFID techniques.

Consulting Services

Integra started its association with a consumer electronics giant in 2003 by providing software services in various forms. Since then, the association has grown from strength-to-strength, with Integra contributing in almost all phases of the SDLC of the different products to hit the market, especially in the DVD-R and TV domain.

Currently, Integra (CTS) is providing software services to two customers in this domain, and is looking forward to expanding this list. The services being offered cover all the phases of SDLC like development, testing, integration, maintenance, technical writing and even configuration management.

Test Lab

The embedded device testing that is carried out at Integra covers testing of various consumer electronics devices like DVD recorders and home audio solutions. An offshore testing lab which was setup almost a year back has so far been involved in the testing and release of about 10 different models of DVD-recorders with varied functionalities.

This lab, the first of its kind for the customer, is a proof of the trust placed in us by the customer. Possibilities are also being explored to develop this lab into a full-fledged one that can take up testing of even high-end consumer electronic products like digital television.
